Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE US) will be calculated at checkout. Due to increased duties, additional shipping fees now apply. 

If your order was placed before duties were collected at checkout, you are responsible for all applicable import fees and agree not to refuse the shipment.

Please note that if a package is declined during customs clearance, you will be invoiced for any associated handling and return costs.

Expedited and Priority Shipping Rates: These rates are calculated at checkout through USPS.

(Due to COVID-19 protocols we are no longer guaranteeing the availability of expedited or overnight shipping. Please contact us to verify availability.

SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE US) Please note that shipping fees, as well as unpredictable import and brokerage charges, may cause the final price to vary.

By ordering from Italian-Slippers.com, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all import fees and agree not to decline the package. Please be aware that if you refuse to accept the package during customs, you will be invoiced for the handling and return costs.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 1:00 pm (ET) will ship within 3 business days, regardless of the shipping speed selected. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Ground Shipping (within the US): 3-5 business days.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In case of missing or damaged products, the purchaser or recipient of the order must notify our customer care team at info@italian-slippers.com within 14 days of receipt of the package.
